App Usage History & Timeline

Find the sessions behind your screen time.

See when recorded app sessions started, how long they lasted, and what Android could not confirm. Browse retained history, compare days, inspect hourly patterns, and export records you own.

Your history stays on this phone unless you choose an export destination. There are no ads and no required account.

Useful without paying

Read all retained app and device history. Choose exclusions and your reporting day. Set daily reminders. Export CSV files and create or restore backups.

Keep your history

Read retained records without paying. Export session rows as CSV or save a JSON backup. Imported records keep their source labels. A backup helps you move history to another phone; CSV is for analysis.

Look beyond app totals

Phone-check history shows recorded unlocks. Optional notification history records the app and time, without saving message text. Battery history shows observed device battery level and charging. Install history shows recorded app changes and first observations.

Optional help, on your terms

Use the app without goals or time limits. Set basic daily reminders if you want them. Optional Focus uses Android's AccessibilityService API to apply the app limits and schedules you choose and show a blocking screen for selected apps. While Focus is running, it observes foreground app identities and screen changes across all apps, including while this app is closed, and records app identities and times locally. With separate consent on supported YouTube versions, it checks visible screen element identifiers to recognize Shorts. It does not read or save message text, video titles or comments. Focus observations are not sent to us. They can be included in manual or scheduled exports and backups to an Android destination you choose, which may be cloud-backed. Focus requires in-app agreement, Android Accessibility access and your separate Start Focus action. You can use your history without Focus. Stop Focus stops recording and blocking; turning off Accessibility access in Android settings ends the service's observation.

Lifetime Pro

Save comparisons and app sets. Browse other recorded years. Schedule new local backups and CSV exports. Add a larger app-list widget. Create session, group and scheduled Focus profiles with optional blocking. The current local price is shown by Google Play. One purchase. No subscription.

Know what the numbers mean

Android supplies the underlying usage events. Gaps and uncertain session boundaries can occur, and the app cannot recover records Android no longer provides. Background restrictions can delay collection, reminders and scheduled outputs. A battery graph does not measure each app's battery consumption.

Usage Access is needed to read this phone's usage records. Notification access and Accessibility are optional, separate permissions for their respective features. Records are processed locally unless you export them to a destination you choose. Cross-device reports use files you transfer yourself, not automatic cloud synchronization.
