Flight Tracker: Live Map

Waiting for a flight? Type a flight number like BA 117 and see where the plane is right now: live position on a map, altitude, speed, heading and the estimated time left to the destination.

Free to use, with no account and no email.

What you can do
• Live map with position, altitude, ground speed and heading
• Time left: estimated from the live position and speed, not from an airline schedule
• Saved flights: keep up to 20 in one list, each with a plain status line such as Cruising or Arriving
• Nearby: see the planes flying over you right now, using your approximate location or a city you choose
• US airport delays: ground stops, ground delay programs and departure or arrival delays from FAA NAS Status
• Saved airports with delay alerts
• Languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean

Landing alerts
For saved flights you get a notification at takeoff, about 30 minutes before landing, and at landing. Our server watches the live position, so you do not have to keep the app open. There is also one optional daily reminder.

Good to know
Times are estimates from live position and speed. There are no airline schedules, gates or baggage details, and delay information covers US airports only. A plane appears only while it broadcasts its position and a receiver nearby hears it. The route comes from community data and can be wrong.

The app is free and shows ads (banner, inline and full-screen). There is no subscription: every feature is free.

Unofficial
This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline, airport, the FAA or adsb.lol. Airline names and codes are used only to identify flights.
