About SUNRISE Waiter
SUNRISE Waiter is an internal operations app designed exclusively for service staff at Sunrise Resorts & Cruises. It is not available to the general public and is used only by authorized employees.
The app streamlines the order-taking and service process by allowing staff to:
Receive and manage guest orders from tables, rooms, or cabins in real time
Track the status of each order (preparing, ready, delivered)
Communicate directly with kitchen and bar staff to speed up preparation
Reduce manual errors in order handling
Organize and coordinate tasks between team members during service hours
Receive instant notifications whenever an order status changes

This application requires staff login credentials and is restricted to Sunrise Resorts & Cruises personnel only.
