Sun Beach

Sun Beach is a practical offline resource allocation tool designed to help you distribute limited resources across competing needs with greater clarity, consistency, and control. Whether you are planning work hours, dividing a budget, assigning units, or organizing event seats, Sun Beach helps you build allocation scenarios around priorities and constraints.

Choose from multiple resource types, including time, money, units, seats, or custom resources. Define how much each requirement should receive using fixed amounts, percentages, or flexible ranges with minimum and maximum limits. Assign priority levels from 1 to 5 to clearly indicate which demands should receive greater consideration during allocation planning.

Sun Beach includes automatic validation to help identify potential issues as you build a scenario. Review warnings for over-allocations, under-allocations, conflicting constraints, and other rule inconsistencies before finalizing your plan.

Built-in templates make it easy to start common planning scenarios, including workday scheduling, project budgets, and departmental resource distribution. You can also create custom scenarios from scratch and adjust them whenever requirements change.

Compare different allocation approaches side by side to examine how changing priorities, limits, or distribution methods affects your results. Once you find a useful setup, duplicate it to create a new scenario without rebuilding everything from the beginning.

Keep your planning organized with search and filtering tools for saved allocations. Create and manage multiple scenarios for different projects, teams, events, or planning needs.

Sunbret Beach works completely offline. Your allocation scenarios and related information are stored locally on your device, so you can access and manage your plans without an internet connection, account, or cloud service.

Designed for project managers, team leads, budget planners, event organizers, and anyone who needs a structured way to plan limited resources, Sunbret Beach keeps allocation planning simple, flexible, and focused.
