sudo ego

The life you choose
The days you shape

The goals you set. The promises you make to yourself.
You meant to follow through.
Then everyday life got in the way.

Motivation fades. The system remains.

sudo ego locks the apps you choose until you complete your daily affirmations.

Choose which apps to lock and when.
At the time you set, those apps lock.
Say or type the affirmation you wrote to unlock them.

Your practice doesn't have to depend on how motivated you feel.
At the time you set, return to the words you chose.

In your own words

Your dreams. Your goals. The person you want to be.
Write the words you want to return to each day, and make them into a card with an image of your choice.

When you wake up,
before your day takes shape,
start with your own words.
Say or type them, then begin your day.

A record of your practice

Look back on your daily practice.

Explore cards others have shared.
Find one that resonates, make a copy, and put it in your own words.
