Unredacted: World Wars is free to download. The first 10 lessons are free - all of WW 1.1 and the first five lessons of WW 1.2 - and so is everything else in the app: all 81 figure profiles, the whole glossary, all 20 quizzes, the case studies, spaced review, search, notes and the widgets.
One optional in-app purchase unlocks the remaining 90 lessons. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It restores on your other devices signed in to the same Google Account. There are no ads and nothing else to buy.

Scope

The First World War, the interwar collapse and the Second World War, from the armed peace to the reckoning.

There is no video, no discussion feed and no cloud sync. Your progress lives on the device you read on.

Privacy

Unredacted: World Wars has no servers of its own. There is no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifier and no tracking, and nothing you do is uploaded. The app has no internet permission at all, so nothing in it can open a connection. Your progress, bookmarks, notes and review schedule are stored in a database on your device. Every lesson, quiz and profile is already installed, so the app reads the same in Airplane Mode; the only network use is Google Play's own, when you buy or restore the unlock.
