SSS Reports

SSS Officers is the mobile app for on-duty security officers. It is used together with the Security Management System dashboard to record attendance, complete patrols, and submit reports at client sites.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Clock in and out at the assigned work site, with GPS confirmation that you are on the property.
• Complete patrol checkpoints by scanning the QR codes installed at the site.
• Submit incident, activity, and observation reports, with optional photos.
• Receive messages and schedule updates from your company's administrators.
• Send an SOS alert so supervisors can locate you quickly in an emergency.

HOW IT WORKS

Your company creates your account. Sign in with the username and password provided by your administrator, select the work site, and use the app during your shift.

Location is used to confirm you are on site for clock in/out and patrols, and to record the patrol route for your supervisor (Route History / Live Feed). Background location is collected only while you are signed in. A notification stays visible while tracking is active.

WHO IT IS FOR

SSS Officers is for employees and contractors of security companies. It is not a consumer social app and is not intended for the general public.
