S.R.SCALES

We understand how difficult it can be for customers to log a new service complaint for their products purchased from S R Scales, Maxsell, and our other associated brands.

To make this process faster and hassle-free, we have launched the SR Complaint App — a simple solution for registering product complaints, uploading related photos, videos, or audio, and getting support without calling or visiting service centers.

Whether it's a scale, a machine, or any product from us, just use this app to:

Register a complaint in a few clicks

Upload media for better issue explanation

Get quick response from our service team

Track and record your complaints easily

We value your time and trust — this app is designed to serve you better.
