SportLoop

SportLoop is the easiest way for recreational sports groups to organise themselves — badminton, soccer, basketball, tennis, and more.

Stop juggling three different apps. SportLoop brings your group chat, your weekly sessions, and your tournaments together in one place built specifically for the way sports groups actually run.

GROUP CHAT THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY
• Real-time messaging for your whole group, plus one-to-one chats
• Share photos, videos, voice notes, and documents
• Reply, react, and mention — everything you expect from a modern messenger
• Messages are encrypted at rest; block and report tools keep groups safe
• Optional disappearing messages per chat

PLAN SESSIONS WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
• Schedule one-off or recurring sessions
• Members RSVP yes / no / maybe in a tap
• Automatic waitlists when a session fills up
• Bring a friend — add buddies to a session
• Clear, transparent cost breakdowns so everyone knows the split (settled between members off the app — SportLoop never handles your money)

RUN REAL TOURNAMENTS
• Round-robin, knockout, and group-stage formats
• Live standings, scores, and brackets
• Assign courts, referees, and times per match
• Share a public results link with anyone

BUILT FOR YOUR GROUP
• Owner / admin / member roles
• Notifications for reminders, lock times, and waitlist promotions
• Light and dark themes, with a font you can choose for chat

SportLoop is a coordination and record-keeping tool for sports groups. It is not a payment service — organisers settle any real-world costs with members off the platform.
