Sourdough Rising: starter log

Sourdough Rise turns your starter log into something that actually explains your bakes.

FEED, LOG, REPEAT
• Log every feed — ratio, flour, hydration, and ambient temperature, confirmed with one tap and never silently guessed
• Keep more than one starter, each with its own name and its own history
• Private notes that stay on your device — never uploaded, never shared
• Local feeding reminders, so nothing goes hungry

SEE YOUR STARTER'S RHYTHM
Mark when a feed peaks and Sourdough Rise builds your starter's own rhythm strip — a quick visual read on whether today's rise is fast, typical, or slow compared to ITS history, not a stranger's.

AI STARTER CHECK-UP
Snap a photo and an AI reads rise multiple, bubble structure, and hooch, and flags discard signals — mold, pink or orange streaks — conservatively. A couple dollars of flour is cheap insurance. Every AI read is labeled clearly as AI, never dressed up as a diagnosis.

JUDGES' CORNER — five named AI judges, one bake
Photograph a finished loaf and five AI specialists each read their own angle, in their own voice:
• Marguerite — crumb structure
• Tobias — crust
• Emilio — oven spring
• Birdie — shaping and scoring
• Hana — starter health, as it shows in the bake

No numeric grades, no crowd, no simulated "other users" — just five specific reads you can act on. Share a judged bake with a public link you control and can revoke anytime.

BAKER'S MATH
• Hydration and baker's percentages
• A levain calculator that works in either direction — from a target dough size, or from what you already have on the counter

WHAT'S FREE
Feeding, reminders, your rhythm strip, and your full history are free — always. A few AI assessments are free every week. Sourdough Rise Premium unlocks unlimited AI starter checks and unlimited Judges' Corner reads, as a single annual subscription.

Sourdough Rise doesn't gate the daily habit. It only gates the AI on top of it.
