Somame Errander is the Errander version of the somame errand solutions, it allows users to take job requests that are in the form of running errands like buy for me and pick up for me. The user the services rendered after the errand has been completed. The user upon registering on Somame Errander would be required to complete a KYC process, upon completion, the quality score of the user is set to 50%, this would increase based on the ratings given by users after completing a task for them. The user you complete a task for has the option to add you as a favorite, in which case the user would be considered above other users when the same customer wants a task done. The customer may also red flag a user after a task is completed if they are not satisfied with the way and manner in which the task was completed. Once red-flagged, the user would not be considered for any task requested by the same customer again until otherwise.
The user would be available to receive errand requests only after making themselves available online by swiping the green go online button. The user is taken offline upon clicking the red go offline button.

The customer may pay you through haystack, cash, or mobile money depending on the arrangement made. by default, the user is expected to pay through paystack. We keep track of your daily activities and hence your daily earnings. we are however not directly in charge of your finances on the platform. For this, we show you a panel with some details about your activities on Somame Errander including, your daily earnings, the number of red flags by customer, and the number of favorites by customers.

Once a user receives a request, they would be required to make a bid for the errand along with other users. The customer would then access and assign the errand to a user, It is however to be noted that the customer app is a different one from this app. Once the customer has assigned the errand, the user receives a notification to proceed along with details of the task.

you can take payment before, mid, or after the task is completed depending on the arrangement made with the customer. The customer may contact you through phone should there be a need.
