Prometheus Protect

Prometheus Protect provides travellers with real-time intelligence, location-aware risk monitoring, and immediate access to assistance—helping them stay informed, connected, and supported wherever they are in the world.

Operating 24/7, Prometheus Protect continuously monitors open-source intelligence, including global news, social media, government travel advisories, and other trusted sources, to identify emerging security, health, and travel risks.

These alerts are analysed, risk-rated, categorised, and geo-located, enabling travellers to quickly identify relevant threats in their immediate area and take appropriate action to avoid or mitigate potential risks.

The app also includes Check-in, SOS, and live Tracking functionality, allowing the Prometheus Protect Global 24-hour Operations Centre to monitor travellers operating in medium- and high-risk environments, providing an additional layer of reassurance and support.

For immediate assistance, users can contact the Prometheus Protect Security Operations Centre directly through the app. The app also provides the option to call local emergency medical services or a doctor when urgent medical support is required.
