SocialPets

The Socialpets app was developed to integrate pet owners with pet shops and veterinary clinics that use the Socialpets web system. Through a digital environment customized with the store's visual identity, owners have full access to services, history, and communication with the establishment.

Main features:

Service Scheduling:

Allows owners to schedule appointments, baths, grooming, and other services with dates and times set directly through the app, integrated with the store's system.

Online Purchase and Payment:

Sales of services and packages, with payment methods integrated into the app itself, via PIX (PayPal) and card (under development).

Integrated Calendar:

View your pet's calendar with all past and future appointments, accompanied by automatic notifications and reminders.

Medical and Operational History:

Access your pet's medical records containing records of vaccinations, exams, treatments, medications, and clinical observations.

Specific Promotions:

The web system creates and activates seasonal promotions, combos, and specific campaigns directly from the pet owner's app.

Visual and Institutional Customization:

The app features the store's exclusive identity, with its own logo, colors, text, and campaigns, strengthening the bond between the pet owner and the establishment.

This system is part of the SocialPets platform, which offers a complete management solution for pet shops and veterinary clinics, focusing on automation, loyalty, and customer experience.
