- Not supported: the T96Q, T97Q and F9Q models, whose platform offers no network remote interface this app can reach; older Kogan smart sets from before 2019; and Kogan televisions without smart features and TV/DVD combis (for example H67N). This app works over Wi-Fi only and cannot control a television that is not connected to your network.
