SmartHub Equipo

SmartHub Equipo is your work app. It is used by the teams of the companies that
run their people with SmartHub.

CLOCK IN WITH TWO TAPS
Clock in, take a break and clock out from your phone. See what you have worked
today, this week and this month, and download your own time record whenever you
want. If you forgot to clock out one day, you ask for it in the app and your
manager reviews it.

YOUR TIME OFF, WITHOUT ASKING AROUND
Check the days you have left, request holidays or personal leave, and see where
your request stands. You can also see who on your team is off this week, so you
do not ask for the same days as someone else.

YOUR PAPERWORK, WITH YOU
Your payslips, with the acknowledgement you sign from your phone. The documents
your company sends you to read and sign. And your own record, with everything
the company has on file about you.

YOUR EXPENSES, ON THE SPOT
Log an expense and photograph the receipt right there, without waiting to get
back to a computer.

THE TEAM
Your company noticeboard, the alerts that concern you, and the internal chat.
Who is who, which department they are in and who they report to.

YOUR COMPANY GIVES YOU THE ACCOUNT
There is no sign-up here: if your company uses SmartHub, HR creates your
account and you are in. If you cannot get in, ask whoever handles your people.

WHAT IF YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT USE SMARTHUB YET?
This app is the part you carry in your pocket. Behind it there is a platform
that runs your people and your sales in one place:

PEOPLE AND TIME. Legal time tracking with its report, time off and holidays
with approval, shifts and rotas, payslips with a signed receipt, documents and
signatures, joiners and leavers with their onboarding, training and reviews.

SALES. Deals and their pipeline, email and WhatsApp from the client record,
quotes as PDF, and the numbers of every salesperson.

And the part that joins them: the same person record for HR and for sales,
instead of two systems that never talk to each other.

If you would like to see it with your own data, write to [email protected]
and we will show you.
