Apê Grátis

"Apê Grátis – A Missão" (Free Apartment – The Mission) is a free, gamified campaign that has already attracted thousands of participants across Brazil. The initiative stars the charismatic Planitos—characters representing different buyer profiles—and offers prizes such as two apartments, as well as R$50,000 gift cards and hundreds of instant prizes.
Set in Planitown, a playful city inspired by São Paulo, the game blends entertainment and information, guiding players through the stages of purchasing a property—from simulation to financing—in a fun and interactive way. Since its launch in March, more than 800 instant prizes have been awarded. The game's mechanics include a personality quiz, exploring areas of the city, accumulating virtual currency (Planocoins), decorating virtual apartments, and minigames. The drawing for the first apartment will take place in September 2025. Participation is open to Brazilians over 18 with a CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry). To have fun, learn, and compete for incredible prizes, download the Apê Grátis – A Missão app now and start your journey in Planitown!
