ProSys

This app is a comprehensive transaction management platform designed to streamline the way employees create, track, and oversee internal applications and requests.

With this app, employees can easily create new transactions by filling out application forms for a wide range of internal processes. Once submitted, users can follow the entire lifecycle of each transaction in real time—from pending review and approval to completion or rejection. The app provides full visibility into the current status, progress updates, and any actions taken on each request, ensuring that employees are always informed every step of the way.

For added flexibility, authorized users can also submit transactions on behalf of other employees—a feature that can be enabled and configured by administrators to suit your organization's workflow.

The app keeps everyone in the loop with a built-in announcements and notifications system. Users receive instant alerts about important updates, approval decisions, or changes to their transactions, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Administrators and users with the appropriate permissions are equipped with powerful management tools. They can pause, stop, or reactivate transactions as needed, ensuring full control over the workflow. User management is equally robust—admins can block or unblock users, reset passwords, and manage access rights directly from the app.

On top of all this, the app offers a customizable user experience. Employees can easily switch between light and dark themes and change the app's language to their preferred choice, making it accessible and comfortable for everyone.

Built with efficiency, transparency, and control in mind, this app is the all-in-one solution for managing employee applications and transactions seamlessly across your organization.
