Unscroll

Unscroll helps you take control of your screen time by blocking distracting apps and keeping you focused.

**Features:**

- Block distracting apps
- Create custom focus sessions
- Daily schedules
- Focus reminders
- Google and email sign in

Whether you're studying, working, or simply trying to reduce phone distractions, Unscroll helps you stay focused and build healthier digital habits.

**Accessibility Service Usage**

Unscroll uses the Android AccessibilityService API to provide its app-blocking functionality.

During an active focus session, Unscroll detects which app is currently open and checks whether it is one of the distracting apps you selected to block.

If you open a selected blocked app, Unscroll redirects you away from that app and displays a focus reminder until your session ends.

Accessibility information used for this feature is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Unscroll does not use Accessibility Service to read your messages, passwords, or text you type.

Accessibility permission is requested through a clear in-app disclosure and requires your consent before you enable it in Android Settings.

**Notification Access Usage**

With your permission, Unscroll uses Android Notification Access to automatically dismiss new notifications from selected blocked apps during active focus sessions.

Unscroll checks which app sent the notification without reading its message, title, sender, or other notification content.

Notification information used for this feature is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Notification Access is optional and requires your consent.
