Workforce Hero

Your time, your shifts, your schedule, all in one place. Workforce Hero is a free labor management app for hourly and shift-based teams, built by ShipHero. Create your company's workspace in minutes and give every employee an easy way to clock in, swap shifts, and track hours worked, right from their phone. No existing ShipHero account needed. Any business can sign up directly in the app and start managing shifts the same day. A ShipHero WMS account is only needed if you want to link your team's shifts and hours back to your existing WMS data, in which case Workforce Hero connects automatically, so everything stays in sync in real time with no double data entry.

ONE APP, ANY TEAM Workforce Hero works for any hourly or shift-based team, not just ShipHero customers. Sign up your company, invite your team, and start managing shifts right away. Already on ShipHero WMS? Your Workforce Hero account connects automatically, no extra setup required.
