Msika Plus

Msika Plus is a market that works the other way round. Instead of going from shop to shop asking for prices, you post what you need once. Sellers who stock it send you offers, and you choose the one that suits you.

HOW IT WORKS

• Post a request. Say what you need, how many, where you are and by when. Add photos or a short video if it helps.
• Get offers. Sellers who deal in that item are told about your request and send you their offers.
• Compare. See every offer side by side, with delivery included, the seller's rating and how soon they can deliver.
• Agree the terms. Ask questions and counter the price in the app. A counter-offer always shows the exact price, quantity, delivery fee and delivery time.
• Pay your way. Pay cash when the goods arrive, or pay through Msika Plus with sellers who accept it. When you pay through Msika Plus, we hold the money while your order is on its way.
• Track your order. Follow it from accepted to preparing, on the way and delivered.

• Prices in kwacha, in full, with delivery included.
• Post from any of Malawi's 28 districts.
• Delivery or collection, agreed with each seller.

YOUR DETAILS STAY PRIVATE

• Sellers do not see your phone number until you shortlist their offer.
• Phone numbers and email addresses typed into requests and messages are removed automatically, so deals stay on Msika Plus where they are protected.
• Only you see the prices sellers offer you. Sellers cannot see each other's offers.

WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG

• If you paid through Msika Plus and the order is not right, open a dispute. The money stays frozen until our team has looked at it.
• Message our support team inside the app, straight from the order. Add photos to show what happened.
• Buyers and sellers rate each other after every deal.

FOR SELLERS

• Choose what you sell and where, and get told when someone needs it.
• Send an offer in a minute: your price, quantity, delivery fee and delivery time.
• For orders paid through Msika Plus, you are paid to Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or your bank account once the order is complete.
• One account buys and sells. Start selling from your account at any time.
