Shavano Patrol

Shavano Patrol is the mobile companion for officers on patrol. Scan a business QR code, verify the visit with GPS, and keep an accurate, time-stamped record of every stop — all from your phone.

Built for teams that need proof of presence, Shavano Patrol turns each visited business into a verified check-in. No paper logs, no guesswork.

KEY FEATURES

• QR check-in scanning — Point your camera at a registered business's QR code to instantly log a verified check-in.

• GPS location verification — Every scan is confirmed against the business's recorded location, so check-ins can't be faked from off-site.

• Vehicle & licence lookup — Use the camera to look up vehicle registration and driver's licence records you are authorised to consult.

• Daily activity view — See your scans for the day, recent activity, and unread alerts the moment you open the app.

• Check-in history — Review a complete log of your past check-ins and lookups.

• Alerts & notifications — Receive alerts and important updates from your station straight to your device.

• Secure profile — Manage your details, update your photo, and change your password from Settings.
