Tamam | تمام helps people in Afghanistan request household services, with current service delivery in Kabul.

Choose the service you need, describe the work, and submit a request from your phone. The Tamam team reviews your request and coordinates the people needed to carry out the service at your address.

AVAILABLE SERVICES
Browse cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, home-appliance repairs, cooling and heating, and carpentry. Available services are listed in the app.

REQUEST AND MANAGE A SERVICE
- View service details and answer questions about the work.
- Select a preferred date and time.
- Save service addresses or choose a location on the map.
- Review the displayed price or, when an assessment is needed, accept or decline a quotation.
- Follow your request and payment status under Projects.
- Change or cancel eligible bookings according to the conditions shown in the app.

MADE FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS
Use Tamam in Dari, Pashto or English. Manage your profile, notification preferences, saved addresses and appearance settings, and send feedback to the Tamam team.

Services take place in person at the customer's location. Current service fulfilment is in Kabul, Afghanistan, and depends on the requested service and address. Prices are displayed in Afghan afghanis (AFN). Cash on delivery is currently supported; available payment methods are shown in the app.

An internet connection and an account with a verified phone number are required. Account deletion is available under Profile > Edit profile > Delete account.
