This is the official app for Sentara Healthcare, a not-for-profit health system with more than 100 sites of care across Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
NOTE: If you have a Sentara MyChart account, please use the same username and password to log in to the app. If you do not have a Sentara MyChart account, download the app and click on “Sign Up”.

Version 5.0.4 · Updated October 16, 2020
Our latest release includes updates to the "Test Results" and clinical "Notes" sections, as well as improvements to the "eCheck-In" and "Virtual Care" processes. Effective October 1, 2020 you will have access to your clinical test results and notes as soon as they are available. You can access your test results and clinical notes through “My Health” on the bottom navigation bar. For clinical notes, select "After Visit Summary", choose a past appointment, then the “Notes” tab.
