About Attendance Rota

Attendance Rota is three applications in one.

1) A biometric (face scan) clocking in & out system.
Staff select Clocking In or Clocking Out. Their face is scanned and their attendance recorded.

2) Attendance management, where clocking information is matched to shifts and anomalies highlighted. Attendance Rota can be configured for shifts and additional time needed before each shift starts (such as to get changed). It can highlight when a person arrives much too early, stays much too late or arrives on their non-working day.
For contractors (those who have face data but no HR or shift data), it will just record their movements.

3) Rota/Roster management. You will be able to see on one screen:

Different shifts (empty and filled (and filled by whom)), different roles and people who can do those roles (their primary or additional skill). You can see this on one-day or week view.

On the day view, you can add and remove people from shifts. When adding, they need to have the required skill and availability. You can see how many hours people work and how many hours they have remaining. You can also see if anyone is doing overtime.

With the press of a button on the week view, the system will match empty shifts with people who are available and can do that role. Preference is given to people who have stronger skills for that role and more time available.

You can subscribe to the (cloud-based) Attendance Rota application from our website. You can have just the Face Scan part, or this in conjunction with the attendance management, and also if required, in conjunction with the Rota management.
