Senior Companion: Check-In

Senior Companion is a daily check-in app for seniors, older adults living alone, and families supporting aging parents. Tap the large "I'm OK" button to record a check-in and, once it syncs, let your paired family member see it on their own phone.

Daily Check-In and caregiver features require a Family Monitoring subscription. Essential calling and everyday assistance tools are available without a subscription.

DAILY CHECK-INS MADE SIMPLE
- Set up to three daily check-in times with local reminders.
- Find your next check-in deadline on a clear home screen.
- See when a check-in is saved on your phone and when it is confirmed online.
- If you check in offline, it must sync before your family can see it.

FAMILY UPDATES AND MISSED CHECK-IN ALERTS
With permission-based pairing, a family member or caregiver can:
- View received check-ins and check-in history.
- See the phone's last reported battery level and update time.
- Help manage shared contacts, notes and schedules.
- Share family messages, photos and care tasks.

When automatic alerts are enabled, a missed scheduled check-in can trigger an email to a verified caregiver. Family Monitoring includes up to 200 automatic alert emails per month.

A check-in records a person's action. It does not confirm their health or safety.

EASY-TO-USE TOOLS FOR SENIORS
Large text, clear buttons and a simple layout make everyday phone tasks easier:
- Call trusted family contacts from large contact tiles.
- Prepare a help text with a location link when available and permitted.
- Use a camera magnifier and flashlight.
- Keep important dates and personal notes together.
- Check the weather and share your location when you choose.

Optional Android Home Screen Mode and Favorite Apps provide easier access to everyday apps. Some customization features require Plus or Family Monitoring.

YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE
Adding a contact does not give that person access to your check-ins. Family sharing requires separate setup and consent.

Your full address book is never uploaded. When cloud sharing is enabled, selected contact details and other shared information are uploaded for your paired caregiver. You can disable cloud monitoring and request deletion of its data from the app.

PLANS AND PURCHASES
Senior Companion Plus is an optional one-time purchase for additional family contacts, contact photos, custom Quick Texts and home screen customization. Plus does not include Daily Check-In or automatic caregiver emails.

Family Monitoring is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription for daily check-ins, reminders, caregiver services, cloud syncing, battery reports, family updates and automatic missed-check-in emails. It includes Plus features while active.

Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play.

Available in English, German and Ukrainian.

IMPORTANT
Senior Companion is a family-support app, not a medical device, emergency-response service or continuously watched monitoring service. Check-ins, syncing and alerts depend on device settings, connectivity and service availability. Messages and alerts may be delayed or fail. The app does not automatically call emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
