Never had an issue. Probably because my headsets came with firmware version 3.0.1 OTB. If your firmware is a lower version, simply update it on your PC or laptop by going to the Sena website. All current and previous firmwares are available. Once upto date, this app works perfectly well.

App works perfectly fine after you update the main Bluetooth unit on a computer, and then update the wifi docking station following the instructions. - User friendly and easy to navigate in between screens.
