Dottle: Dots and Boxes

Draw a line, close a box, play again. Dottle is Dots and Boxes, the classic pencil-and-paper game, made for your phone. Take turns joining two neighbouring dots. Whoever draws the fourth side of a box claims it and moves again. The most boxes wins. You may also know it as Squares or Boxes.

Easy to learn, surprisingly deep. Avoid drawing the third side of a box, count the chains, and learn when giving away a few boxes lets you win many more.

PLAY YOUR WAY
- VS AI: choose Easy, Medium or Hard. Win and the AI steps up to the next level. On Hard it plays with real chain strategy: it counts long chains and uses double-dealing to take control at the end.
- 2 Players: pass and play on one device, no internet needed.
- Boards from 3x3 up to 6x6 boxes. All sizes are free.
- Saved games: leave a game and pick it up later where you stopped.
