Nudge: Comment to DM

You post. Forty people comment "price". You answer all forty by hand.

Nudge answers them for you.

Pick a word. Write the reply once. From then on, anybody who comments that word on your Instagram
post or your Facebook Page gets your message, usually within seconds, whether you are online or
asleep.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Connect your Instagram business account, your Facebook Page, or both
2. Choose a word people already comment, like "price" or "link" or "info"
3. Write what they should get, and add a button to your catalogue or WhatsApp
4. Leave it alone

The next person who comments gets your reply before you have seen the notification.

INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK, ONE ACCOUNT

Run it on either, or run both from the same dashboard with the same automations, the same activity
log and one monthly allowance. Instagram needs nothing but an Instagram login. Facebook needs a
Page you are an admin of.

TURN COMMENTERS INTO FOLLOWERS

On Instagram, switch on the follow requirement and people who do not follow you yet get asked
first. They follow, tap once, and the message sends itself. You gain a follower and they get what
they came for, with nothing for you to check.

SEE EVERYTHING IT DID

Every reply is logged: who commented, what they were sent, and when. If something did not send,
it says why in plain words instead of leaving you guessing.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO SELL ONLINE

If you sell clothes, hair, food, gadgets, courses or anything else through your page, you already
know the work: the same three questions, all day, under every post. This is for that.

- Works from your own account and your own Page, no bot account and nobody else's branding
- Word matching that understands sentences, so "what does price mean" still counts
- Different automations for different posts, or one that watches everything
- Reply publicly under the comment too, so everyone else sees you responded
- Free to start, no card needed

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

It does not post for you, follow people for you, or message anybody who has not commented first.
Every message it sends is a reply to somebody who asked.

Nudge uses the official Instagram and Facebook APIs and only ever acts on the accounts you connect.
You can disconnect and delete everything from the app at any time.
