SEFODE School

SEFODE School is the mobile application for the SEFODE School management platform, designed for schools, colleges, high schools, and universities in French-speaking Africa.

For parents and students, the application provides direct, real-time access to school life:

• Grades and report cards: View grades for each assessment, the overall average, and the term ranking, and download the report card as a PDF.

• Attendance: Track absences and tardiness class by class, with a calendar and detailed history.

• Tuition: View fees due, payment installments, and payment history, and download each receipt.

• Timetable: View the week's classes, including the teacher for each subject.

• Discipline: Track conduct grades and recorded sanctions.

• Communication: Receive announcements from the school (invitations, meetings, information) and notify the school of an upcoming absence.

A single account is all you need to track multiple children, each protected by a personal 4-digit code (Face ID or fingerprint unlock optional).

For school staff, SEFODE School also offers a dedicated space: class management, grade entry (including via photo of a handwritten form), attendance records for each class, discipline, timetables, and appointments with families.

Accounts are created by the school; there is no open registration. To obtain access, contact your school.
