■About investment fees and risks, etc.

DMM Banushi (race horse fund) does not guarantee the principal invested by the customer, nor does it guarantee returns.

Depending on the condition of the invested racehorse, it may retire without running in the race, and even if it does run, there is a good chance that it will not be able to win prize money that exceeds the capital invested.

There are no management fees for the racehorse fund trading account in which you deposit your capital.

Since this Fund is not subject to Article 37-6 (cancellation in writing) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, there is no cooling-off system in this Silent Partnership Agreement, and mid-term cancellations may be canceled by the customer from the time this Silent Partnership Agreement is established until its termination. cannot be done.

The investment that the customer pays in a lump sum at the time of purchase is considered a racehorse investment. At this point, you will conclude this anonymous association contract and pay the racehorse investment in a lump sum). In addition, if you save a certain amount every month until the racehorse investment amount is full, you can pay the racehorse investment in one lump sum if you are unable to save for two months or by the end of December of the first year of the invested horse. In addition, if maintenance costs and membership fees that occur after the start of operation are unpaid for two months, the Company will take over the equity held by the customer free of charge.
