Fit For Flight

More than 1 Million passengers are on board an airplane at any given time, amounting to over 4 Billion passengers annually.

While flying, lack of movement leads to fluid build-up around the body which leads to increased health risks. 18% of all passengers also feel anxiety.
Fit For Flight´s mission is to enable all our users (in more than 100 countries) to travel healthy, whether you wish to focus on movement, mindfulness or anxiety specific exercises.

In Fit For Flight 2.1 we listened to you, our dear users.
- Our click and go custom-made programs for the entire flight duration are better than ever.
- Yes, we added a creative challenge. Join the challenge, and your exercises may appear in an upcoming release.
- More seated exercises, tailor-made not to disturb your neighbours.
- The aisle sessions are easily done beside your seat or in the lavatory queue.
