i-CHARGE CONNECT connects your SCHRACK charging station to the PV system and increases self-consumption.


Why PV surplus charging?
• The feed-in tariff is unattractive in most countries.
• The profitability of a PV system increases significantly with self-consumption. After all, there are no grid fees, taxes and other fees for “homemade” electricity. The self-sufficiency rate thus has a significant influence on the profitability of the PV system.
• With "homemade" electricity, it is guaranteed that the car will be charged with green electricity.
• When commissioning i-CHARGE CONNECT, the user can configure his PV system.


Integrated dynamic charge management

Distributing the available power to all charging points is referred to as load or charging management. Even if you operate more than one wall box at the same time, you can rest assured that the maximum connected load will not be exceeded. Depending on the selected target charge, the charges are even dynamically adjusted.


Integrated blackout protection

Regardless of the mode selected, active charging processes are always operated below the set load limit.


Plug and forget

The i-CHARGE CONNECT app is a very simple smartphone app for installing, configuring and operating wall boxes that are controlled via the i-CHARGE CONNECT module. The app can be seen as an "extension of the charging station":

As soon as a vehicle is connected to the charging station, the app reports with a push notification. The loading target can then be set with very simple rotary controls. There are three controls:
• How 'full' is the car right now (state of charge in %)
• How 'full' should the car be (target state of charge in %)
• When do I need the vehicle again (time)

An optimal charging profile is calculated automatically, and the charging target is reached in any case.


remote maintenance

If there are problems, the support can analyze the error via remote maintenance and fix it if necessary.
