Tyre Scrap Management

**Scanflow Tyre Scrap Manager** automates the process of tyre inspection and ageing analysis using advanced AI-based recognition. The app simplifies how scrap tyres are evaluated by instantly identifying key details and generating accurate age reports. Users can simply capture a clear image of the tyre sidewall, and app detects the tyre brand, size, DOT and serial number. It then extracts the week and year of manufacturing from the DOT code, calculates the current age of the tyre, and compares it against a predefined scrap threshold to determine if the tyre is fit or due for scrap. The results are displayed in a detailed summary showing the tyre brand, size, DOT, and age in years and weeks. A comprehensive PDF report is auto-generated with all tyre details, which can be viewed, or downloaded instantly. Key features include AI-powered recognition for brand, size, and DOT extraction, instant image capture and analysis from the mobile camera, automatic age calculation with a configurable scrap threshold, and a detailed dashboard for result visualization. The app also supports report generation for record-keeping and features an offline workflow. Ideal for tyre recycling units, automotive service centers, quality inspection teams, and logistics or warehouse operators, Scanflow Tyre Scrap Manager brings accuracy, speed, and traceability to tyre scrap identification—helping organizations make data-driven decisions with every inspection.
