Mantrana Perumda Parkir DPS

Mantrana Perumda Parkir Denpasar - Performance & Attendance is an official internal application for managing performance and recording employee attendance accurately, quickly, and securely. Through location-based attendance, employees clock in/out at designated work points—such as parking posts, offices, or field areas—with photo verification as evidence. At the same time, performance indicators are monitored and inputted daily, complete with uploaded evidence of activity, so that the achievements of each individual and team are neatly and transparently documented. This application also simplifies assignments and progress reporting, displays schedules and shift changes, and provides an approval flow for permits, leave, and business trips integrated with notifications to ensure deadlines are met. Supervisors or regional coordinators can monitor team attendance and performance in real time, review evidence, and approve requests directly from their mobile phones; All data is sent via an encrypted channel and recorded in an audit log for compliance and accountability, with special attention to privacy: location is only accessed when the required feature is used. This application is intended exclusively for employees who have received credentials from the agency; users outside the organization cannot log in. By combining GPS-based attendance, performance management, assignments, concise reporting, and smart notifications in one platform, this application helps speed up operational processes, reduce administrative errors, and provide ready-to-use data for evaluation, incentives, and managerial decision-making within the Denpasar Parking Perumda environment.
