Smartphone addiction and SNS addiction prevention app - teacher notifies you of bedtime
This app is for people who end up staying up late by using their smartphones even when it's time to go to bed!
We created an app based on that event where a teacher tells students about their bedtime on the night of a school trip.
[How to use]
① Open the app, set your ideal bedtime, and close the app.
②When the set time arrives, one of the teachers will notify you by notification.
③ When you receive a notification, open the app and press the "Stop notifications and sleep" button (you will receive repeated notifications unless you press the button).
④ Close the app and go to sleep.
