SandWorld is a living falling sand physics sandbox. Paint sand, fire, water, lava, and dozens of other elements onto the screen and watch them fall, flow, burn, freeze, dissolve, and react in real time.

FILL THE WORLD WITH REACTIVE ELEMENTS
Choose from 230+ materials:
• Powders: Sand, Gunpowder, Ash, Coal, Salt, Snow, Cement, Sodium, Phosphorus, Thermite, Baking Soda, Dry Ice, and more.
• Liquids: Water, Oil, Acid, Lava, Slime, Honey, Mercury, Gasoline, Milk, Napalm, and more, each with its own density and flow, so heavier liquids sink through lighter ones.
• Gases: Steam, Smoke, Helium, Methane, Toxic Gas, Oxygen, Hydrogen, and more, rise and drift until they dissipate.
• Solids: Stone, Wood, Ice, Metal, Glass, Brick, Concrete, Diamond, Gold, Obsidian, and more.
• Special: Fire that spreads and burns, TNT that detonates, a Black Hole that swallows everything nearby, a Plasma Lamp that arcs sparks, and linked Portals that teleport anything that falls through them.

Sling Rockets, Cannons, Bombs, Nukes, Grenades, Arrows, Meteors, a Machine Gun, and a Confetti Cannon into your world, call down Lightning, or launch fireworks in six colors that climb and burst into rings, peonies, willows, palms, crackles, chrysanthemums, or crossettes, in five sizes.

DRIVE, FLY, AND SAIL
Place 30+ vehicles: everyday cars, boats, and an airliner; farm and industry machines like a tractor, harvester, excavator, monster truck, and cement mixer; a sailboat and blimp that ride the wind; a hovercraft and jet ski; military hardware, a bomber, a warship, a tank, and an atomic bomber that drops real ordnance; even a rocket ship and a UFO. Watch them roll, sail, fly, or hover through your world.

GROW A GARDEN, LEARN THE CHEMISTRY
Plant seeds in soil near water and watch them sprout and grow. Discover real chemistry as you play: acid dissolves stone, sodium pops in water, baking soda and vinegar fizz, thermite melts metal into lava. An in-app Reactions screen explains every interaction, so you can learn the rules behind the chaos.

EXPLORE GENERATED WORLDS
Generate a new map from 14 themes: Castle, Islands, Jungle, Garden, Zoo, City, Armageddon, Underground, War, Arctic, Volcano, Maelstrom, Workshop, and Plants. Each is built with real structure and detail: a castle with its own walled village, a city laid out in districts with a metro and sewer beneath it, a zoo with real animal pens, floating islands hiding caves and buried treasure, sunken ruins and wrecks on the seabed, and the War theme's dueling fortified bases with their own cannons.

SOLVE HAND BUILT PUZZLES
Beyond free play, test your understanding of the simulation in puzzle challenges that ask you to fill a zone, protect a zone from a hazard, or route a material to a target, all within a limited budget.

SEE THE WORLD DIFFERENTLY
Switch between Day, Normal, Night, Thermal, and Blueprint view modes to watch your creations glow in the dark or reveal heat as false color.

YOUR WORLD IS SAVED
Your entire canvas, every grain, every fire, every creature, is automatically saved when you close the app and restored exactly as you left it.

Most materials, weapons, fireworks, creatures, and maps are free to try. Optional in-app purchases unlock the full material roster, every weapon and firework, the complete creature and vehicle roster, extra maps, and a tiny precision-brush world.
