Salla Merchant — The Salla App for Stores and Restaurants

Organize and track your store's orders and delivery requests in a clear Arabic interface. Salla Merchant allows stores and restaurants registered with Salla to monitor their daily operations, request a delivery person to pick up customer orders, and review order status and information directly from the app.

Requesting Your Delivery Person
Create a delivery request for an order your store has received from a customer. Enter the required recipient information, contact number, item value, and delivery notes, then select the delivery destination from your store's available areas. When you need a more precise address, you can specify the delivery point on the map to clarify the customer's location.

Selecting an Area and Reviewing the Fee
Search for the delivery area by name and select it from the list. Delivery fees are displayed according to your service settings and store schedule, and you can review the order summary before sending it. Instant or scheduled order options are available depending on the services activated for your store account and the selected area. The prices displayed within the app are for reference only; this description does not impose a fixed rate for all stores or areas.

Tracking Current Orders
Review active orders and details of each order from the store screen. Order statuses help you track the progress of your order and monitor driver information as they handle it. You can mark an order as ready for pickup once it's ready, indicating that the driver can pick it up from the store. Order and cancellation procedures are subject to the current stage and the approved service policy.

Clear information for every order
View the order number, destination, item price, delivery fees, and any amounts displayed in the details, depending on the order type. Having this information in one place helps store staff review, prepare, and hand over orders to the driver, reducing the need to refer to separate messages.

Your delivery driver's order history
Refer to past orders and select the day or period you want to review. The history displays order information, including the order number, status, region, and driver name (if available), along with the item price. Period summaries help you track the number of orders and review your store's activity. The item price in the history does not represent the total delivery fees or a financial reconciliation statement.

Optional history protection
The store owner can activate a security code for the order history and manage it in the security settings. This is an additional feature for organizing access to your order history within the app, while tracking current orders remains separate. This code does not replace the need to maintain your login credentials and protect your store's device.

Store Management
Track the status of incoming, new, pending, and ready orders within your account interface. Product functionality and availability are available according to your store's settings and permissions, making it easy to manage operations from a single application.

Support and Privacy
Support links and the privacy policy are available within the app. Account owners can request to delete their store account from the settings and track their requests with Salla Management according to the published policy and review the account's associated obligations.

Who is this app for?

Salla Merchant is designed for store and restaurant owners and authorized employees managing a store account registered with Salla. It requires an authorized store account and an internet connection. Available regions and functions are determined by service activation and account settings. This is a store management and delivery order application, not a customer shopping application.
