RüzgarPlus: Sevdiğim Güvende

Rüzgar Plus offers security and monitoring solutions for families and individuals. The application provides features such as live location tracking, location history, notifications for defined safe zones (geofence), app usage time summaries (parental reports), emergency notifications, and allows parents to securely monitor app usage on their children's devices. Permissions required for features that need to operate reliably in the background are clearly specified and used only for the permitted purposes.

Data Collected/Given and its Purposes

Location (latitude/longitude + timestamp): Collected for live location tracking, location history, and geofence alerts. App usage summaries (package name + foreground time): Collected for parental reports and device usage analytics. Content — messages, keyboard input, or screen text — is not collected. Notification and network data: Used for FCM (notifications), remote image downloads, and remote service calls. Diagnostic/log data: Limited use for error reports and app operational status. Rüzgar Plus may use the Android Accessibility Service (ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) for real-time and accurate application usage detection by parents. The Accessibility service is used solely for:
Detecting the package name of the front-running application (along with the application name/tag) and converting this into parental reports or push notification rules.
The application may also support the Usage Access mechanism (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS); this is an additional mechanism for retrieving historical usage summaries.
Important: Text content, messages, keystrokes, or screenshots are absolutely not collected from the Accessibility service. Only the application ID/tag and usage status are intended.
Required permissions and reasons:

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: For live location, high-precision location processing, and geofence checks.
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: To receive background location updates with user consent.
ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Used solely for package name/app tag identification to more reliably obtain information about the leading application (for parental control purposes). Explicit user consent is required.
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS (Usage Access): For application usage summaries (manual approval required in Settings).
FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK, POST_NOTIFICATIONS, INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: For background tasks, notifications, and network communication. Privacy, data retention, and sharing

The collected data is used only for the stated purposes (live tracking, parental reports, geofence alerts, notifications).
User control and revoking permissions
Users can revoke all permissions at any time from Android Settings → Apps → Wind Plus or in-app settings. To revoke the Accessibility permission: Settings → Accessibility → Wind Plus → Turn off the service.
To revoke Usage Access: Settings → Special accesses → Application usage access → Wind Plus → Revoke permission.
If permissions are revoked, the relevant features of the application (real-time application detection, usage reports, background location) will not work; the application will inform the user.
How and why we will request it (explanation shown to the user)

The Accessibility permission request is presented to the user via a clear and understandable screen; this screen explains what data (package name/application tag only) will be collected, for what purposes it will be used, and user control. Users see the information screen before activating the Accessibility service and manually enable it from the Accessibility settings.
Security and responsibility

The application is designed for the safety of parents and users. Monitoring is only carried out with explicit consent and in accordance with the legal framework.
It is the user's responsibility to comply with local laws when using parental controls.
