RunReel

Run, record, and capture it on video.

RunReel is an app for Android phones and Wear OS watches that records runs and creates workout results as images and MP4 videos.

• Distance, workout time, current/average pace, and 1km segment recording

• Recording heart rate and cadence on supported devices and displaying heart rate zones on the watch

• 1km voice briefing and workout timer notifications

• Record on the watch without a phone and sync upon reconnection

• View workout records via daily and monthly calendars

• Replays featuring moving maps, routes, segment pace, and speed graphs

• Save images and MP4s to the gallery and share on Android

• Select video aspect ratio, resolution, and playback speed, and hide start and end points

You can use core features without registration or a dedicated server. An internet connection is required for displaying maps and downloading maps used in videos.

Indoor running does not use GPS. You can input treadmill distance on your phone after the run ends, while indoor distance and pace on the watch use data from supported sensors. Unsupported sensor values ​​are displayed as "Not Measured."

Priority support is given to Wear OS-based Galaxy Watch 4 and later devices; Tizen watches are not supported. The availability and accuracy of GPS, heart rate, and cadence data depend on the device, wearing conditions, and surrounding environment. Korean voice support uses the voice engine installed on the device.

Optionally, you can import running records shared from Samsung Health via Health Connect. The availability of items and GPS routes depends on Samsung Health and the user's sharing settings. The feature to automatically save RunReel records to Samsung Health is not provided.
