Cannonball Pool Service

Cannonball is the app a pool service technician carries on the route. It is the phone side of Cannonball, the software pool service companies use to run their routes, water chemistry, invoicing and customer reports.

This app is for the technicians, owners and office staff of a pool company that uses Cannonball. You sign in with the email your company has for you. To put your company on Cannonball, go to runcannonball.com.

Today's route, in order
• Every stop for the day, with the address, gate code, pool size and the office's notes
• One tap to navigate to a stop in Google Maps or Waze, or send the whole day to Google Maps
• Change the order of your day, or plan it from where you are
• A stop the office adds or moves shows up on your phone

A stop, start to finish
• Check in at the pool, or scan the pool's code
• Big reading tiles, with last visit's number under each one
• Type the readings and the app works out the water balance and how much to add for that pool's gallons
• A reading no test can give is refused on the spot: "pH 72 can't be right. Test again."
• Chemicals, the checklist and photos on one screen
• Couldn't service? Say why (gate locked, dog in the yard) and the office knows

The customer's report, sent when you finish
• Finish the visit and the customer gets a service report with the readings, what went in and the photos
• Past work at the house, so you know what was done before you open the gate
• File a service call or a work order from the stop, with photos

Keeps working with no signal
• Readings, photos and chemicals save on the phone and send when it is back in range
• Your route opens from the phone's own copy, even in airplane mode

For owners and the office
• The Office puts first what needs you: customers' messages, requests, quotes waiting on your yes, invoices not sent
• The day at a glance, and each technician's day with where they are now; call or text them from it
• Money: what is owed and what is late, record a check, send an invoice or its pay link, bill the month
• Every customer: call, text, email, directions, the water over time, their visits and invoices
• Move a stop for this week or from now on, and write a quote at the pool
• One Inbox for every text, email and request from customers
• Tell Cal what to do: move a pool, chase who is late, record a check. He waits for your yes.

About location
If your company has turned on route recording, the app records where you are while you have stops left today, so the office can see every truck on one map. A notification shows the whole time it is recording, and it stops after your last stop.
