WaageMAUI – Digital Weighing Station for Catering Logistics

WaageMAUI connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi (UDP) to your industrial scale and transforms your Android smartphone or tablet into a mobile weighing station – ideal for use in cutlery and tableware logistics.

WaageMAUI 🔧 Main Features:

• Real-time weight display – Live display of the current weight directly on your device • Separate recording of tonnes & cartons – Separate storage of weights for 120- and 240-ton tonnes and cartons, including automatic tare deduction • Series assignment – ​​Assign weighings to series 1, 2, 5, 6, or Mix • Cutlery categories – Select knives, forks, spoons, and other cutlery types and assign them to the weighing report • Customer management – ​​Predefined customer list for quick selection, optionally expandable via cloud connection (Supabase) • Email sending – Send the complete weighing report with summary (total weight, number of tonnes/cartons) via email to the desired recipient • Offline mode – Can also be used without a scale connection, e.g., B. for demonstrations or data entry on the go

📋 Typical workflow:

1. Select customer

2. Select tonnage and series

3. Place tonnage/carton on the scale

4. Save weight – tare is automatically deducted

5. Send all weighings via email as a return log

🔌 Connectivity:

The app communicates with the scale via UDP on the local Wi-Fi network. The connection is automatically monitored and restored if interrupted.

☁️ Optional cloud connection:

Customer and cutlery lists can be managed centrally via a Supabase database and automatically synchronized – ensuring master data remains up-to-date on all devices.
