The application connects all parties involved in the school process (parents, teachers in the classroom, and security guards at the gates) via a digital platform that supports geofencing technology to coordinate parent attendance and accurately and securely call students.

Key system features: - Organization to prevent overcrowding: The system only sends a call request when the parent is physically present within the school's designated geographic area.

- Immediate response: Audio and visual alerts are provided in classrooms as soon as a student is called, minimizing waiting times.

User roles in the system:

Call process steps:

1. Call request: The parent submits the request as soon as they arrive within the designated school perimeter.

2. Location verification (GPS): The system verifies the parent's presence within the defined area to prevent early call notifications.
