About Follow Through: Task Calendar
Follow Through keeps the things you owe people in the same place as the calendar you already use.
Most task apps sit in a separate world from your schedule. You add a deadline, then you open your calendar, and neither one knows about the other. Follow Through puts both on one screen and makes every row go somewhere useful.
YOUR CALENDAR, YOUR TASKS, ONE VIEW
Deadlines and follow-ups appear on the same grid as your real calendar events. Days that have something on them are marked, so a glance at the month tells you where the pressure is.
MONTH OR WEEK, WHENEVER YOU WANT IT
Switch between a month grid for the wider picture and a Monday to Sunday week for denser planning. Swipe or use the arrows to move a week or a month at a time. Your selected day stays put when you switch, and the app remembers which view you prefer next time you open it.
TAP ANYTHING, LAND WHERE IT LIVES
Every row on a day goes somewhere.
- Tap one of your own deadlines or follow-ups and the task detail opens in the app.
- Tap a device calendar event and it hands off to the calendar app you already use, opening the right instance of a recurring event.
- Tap a Google Calendar event and it opens that exact event on the web.
If a target is gone, because the event was deleted or access was revoked, you get a clear notice instead of a dead tap.
WORKS WITH THE CALENDARS YOU HAVE
Connect your device calendar and your Google Calendar and their events show up beside your tasks. Follow Through does not ask you to move your life into a new system. It reads what is already there.
BUILT TO BE READABLE
Clear typography, a single accent colour, and spoken hints on every actionable row for screen reader users.
WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone who keeps a mental list of things they promised to come back to. Consultants, freelancers, students, managers, anyone whose week is a mix of fixed appointments and loose ends. If you have ever said "I will follow up on that" and then not followed up on that, this is the app.
FREE
Follow Through is free to use. No ads.
PRIVACY
Your tasks stay on your device. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking software in the app. Calendar access shows your events and adds entries when you ask for one. Any permission can be withdrawn in your device settings.
