RM Calculator

RM Calculator is a credit workbench for bank relationship managers (RMs) and credit officers who handle SME and small business loans. Assess a customer's repayment capacity, price the facility, record field visits, keep an eye on your portfolio and share the reports your branch needs, all from your phone.

Credit assessment
• Enter the customer's cash flow, expenses and existing debt. The verdict updates as you type.
• Get DSCR, DBR, maximum EMI capacity and an indicative loan size, checked against policy limits.
• What-if: change the amount, tenure or rate, or apply a sales shock, and see how the verdict moves before you touch the file.

EMI tools
• EMI calculator: monthly instalment, total interest, total payable and the principal/interest split.
• Solve for: enter any three of amount, rate, tenure and instalment to get the fourth.

Clients and field visits
• Onboard a customer once: business, contact and compliance details (NID, TIN, BIN, trade licence, bank account) and a referee.
• Field visit checklist with an eight-point weighted confidence score.

Portfolio monitoring
