About SAC Rivadavia
The Community Alert System (SAC) allows the community to send three types of notifications to the comprehensive monitoring center of the Municipality of Rivadavia.
1)"ALERT": Using the mobile application you can notify an imminent danger. The app detects if you are home when you press the alert button and simultaneously activates the alarm and contacts the monitoring center. If you are outside the coverage area of the monitoring center, the application indicates your geolocation to the monitoring center staff. 2)"EMERGENCY": Allows you to send notifications of a medical emergency with your geolocation. 3)"GENDER VIOLENCE": The gender violence protocol is activated. The app detects if you are home when you press the alert button and simultaneously activates the alarm and contacts the monitoring center. If you are outside the coverage area of the monitoring center, the application indicates your geolocation to the monitoring center staff. Additionally, Silent Alerts can be sent to report different incidents, new alerts can be added as the community needs arise, these alerts allow a description to be attached at the time of sending the alert.
