Brinepost: Sourdough & Ferment

Your counter is full of living things. Brinepost keeps track of all of them.

Start a batch — sourdough starter, kombucha brew, kimchi jar, or yogurt — and Brinepost runs the day clock, sends the right reminders, and keeps the log you'll actually look back at.

TRACK EVERY BATCH
• Day counters and progress for each active ferment
• Per-ferment details: hydration, salt, volume, vessel, source
• Opt-in observation sliders: rise, bubbles, aroma, tang, texture
• Temperature in °C or °F, notes, and a photo log day by day

REMINDERS THAT MATCH THE FERMENT
• Daily feeding reminders for your starter at your preferred hour
• Check-in schedules for kombucha, kimchi, and yogurt
• Kombucha second ferment: move to 2F and the day clock and carbonation checks restart for the bottling stage

THE BUILT-IN GUIDE
• Stages, common questions, and "what you might see" for all four ferments — written for real batches, fully offline
• Guided troubleshooting that answers from the guide

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Brinepost stores batches, observations, notes, photos and settings on your device. Photo analysis and reminders run locally. No account, ads or analytics.
• Device backups may retain or restore app data. Exports and sharing send copies to destinations you choose. Deleting the app removes local data, not backups or exported copies.
• Home-screen widget with your batch's day clock

FAIR PRICING, SAID UP FRONT
