About RhythmFocusArc

RhythmFocusArc helps you start, track, and review single offline focus sessions with a clear stage-based flow.

Set a goal, choose a focus length, optionally add a short break and a wrap-up review, then begin the session when you are ready. The timer view shows the current phase, remaining time, elapsed time, and progress, with controls to pause, resume, finish early, or abandon the session while keeping the completed progress.

After a session ends, you can choose whether it was completed, partially completed, or still needs more work. You can also write one short next step and copy the unfinished goal into a new draft for the next round.

The app keeps a local record list with the goal, planned duration, actual duration, pause count, result status, and note. Records can be searched by keyword, opened for details, deleted one by one, or cleared completely with confirmation.

The statistics page shows factual totals such as overall focus time, completed rounds, pause time, and common start hours. Presets make it easy to save up to 12 reusable session setups with custom focus and break times.

Preferences let you adjust default durations, sound cues, reduced motion, and theme choice. A usage guide and privacy note explain the session flow and the local-only storage model.

RhythmFocusArc works without an account, cloud sync, social features, ads, or background network dependence. Your goals and records stay on the device.
