About rOS-Proxy

rOS-Proxy gives site teams a dedicated, full-screen way to work in their ResilienceOS Connected Site Portal on a phone or tablet, with NFC access-badge scanning built in.

The app opens your organisation's portal address directly. There is no address bar, no tabs and no browser chrome in the way, which keeps people on shared site devices focused on the task in front of them: mustering, tracking who is on site, and checking who is in which zone.

WHAT IT DOES

Full-screen portal access. The configured address opens edge to edge and stays there.

NFC badge scanning. Tap an access card to the device and the badge is read and handed straight to the portal. This includes cards that carry only a serial number with no data written to them, which is how most access-control badges are issued. Badge scanning is offered only to the portal address your administrator configured.

Set up once. Enter the portal address on first launch and the app opens straight to it every time after. It can be changed later at any point.

Quick controls. One discreet button gives you reload, return to the start page, change address, and the diagnostics log. It fades while you read and comes back on the next touch.

Diagnostics log. An on-screen record of what the page reported, which can be copied or shared. Built for supporting devices in the field with no cable attached.

Familiar navigation. The back gesture moves back through the portal. Telephone and email links open in the apps that handle them.

WHO IT IS FOR

rOS-Proxy is a companion app for organisations already using ResilienceOS. You will need a portal address and sign-in details from your administrator. It is not a general-purpose browser and is not usable on its own.

REQUIREMENTS

Android 7.0 or later.
NFC hardware for badge scanning. Everything else works without it.
An active ResilienceOS Connected Site Portal deployment.
