The app divides your life in four main areas, by establishing a score to each area you are able to consider what area needs more atention. The next step is to think about the biggest issue you're having in that area and based on that you can commit to take one single action to improve that area at a time. See your previous score, your actual score and keep focus on the action. To make the most of this tool, make sure you choose one single pratical action you're sure is possible to achive. For example, if your biggest issue is sedentarism, you can take the action of walk to places near to your house instead of using a car. Once you suceed you review your score and choose another single action and so on. You don't set up to build a wall, you lay a brick at a time and soon you'll have a wall. Enjoy!
