Reeborn Auction

This platform is designed to provide a secure and streamlined environment where only authorized and verified vendors can participate in auctions for refurbished and pre-owned smart devices. By ensuring controlled access, it maintains the integrity of the bidding process while enabling trusted partners to purchase quality-assured devices through a transparent and competitive auction system.

The platform also features a robust wallet-based payment system that simplifies financial transactions for vendors. Wallet balances update in real time based on the funds vendors transfer to a designated virtual account number provided by the bank. These amounts are then mapped into Maple’s account for accurate reconciliation. This system ensures secure, traceable, and frictionless payment handling while giving vendors full visibility into their balance, deductions, and bidding-related transactions.
To promote transparency and fairness, the platform incorporates a structured dispute resolution mechanism. This allows vendors to raise concerns related to device rejections, discrepancies, or auction-related issues. The system tracks escalations, facilitates communication, and ensures timely resolution to maintain vendor trust and uphold platform standards.
End-to-end automation is central to the platform’s functionality. It streamlines sales pipelines, bidding activities, transaction tracking, payment confirmations, and all post-auction workflows. Administrators gain access to powerful tools for monitoring auction activity, managing vendors, and handling financial reconciliation, while vendors enjoy a seamless experience from bidding to final purchase.
Overall, this solution creates a fully integrated, automated, and secure ecosystem for refurbished and pre-owned smart device auctions—benefiting vendors with transparency and convenience, and empowering administrators with efficiency, accuracy, and control.
